With more than 25 years of experience providing high-end concierge services to affluent clients, Rachel has built a career centered on trust, connection, and delivering exceptional experiences.

After spending years in the political arena and luxury client services, Rachel transitioned into entrepreneurship, bringing her talent for relationship-building and hospitality into the private sector. She is the founder and owner of Carl's Wine Vault in Naples, a state-of-the-art wine storage facility created to serve collectors throughout Southwest Florida.

Today, Rachel also serves as the Marketing Director for Apex Wine Art Car Club, where her talents for storytelling, community development, and luxury client engagement play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's vision. At Apex, Rachel helps cultivate a dynamic culture where fine wine, art, automobiles, and meaningful connections intersect. Her work focuses on building relationships among members, elevating the club's events and experiences, and helping grow a community of collectors, enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs who share a passion for excellence.

An up-and-coming racing driver who has been competing internationally since 2021, Horatio is carving a name for himself in the junior ranks of motorsport. Born within hearing distance of Silverstone Circuit in the local town of Towcester, Horatio and his family moved to Pleasanton, California when he was two years old. Starting off in go karts at Sears Point at just ten years old, Horatio was quickly picked up by the factory PSL Karting team alongside the likes of Max Verstappen and won national championships before being selected by Team USA for the Rotax World Finals.

Relocating to England at 18 years old to pursue a professional racing career, Horatio quickly found a niche in the ultra competitive Historic side of motorsport. With lap records, pole positions, and victories in his debut season in Formula Ford, Horatio quickly climbed the single seater ladder alongside various sports car outings. Against the likes of Marco Werner (3x Le Mans winner), Alex Brundle (ELMS champion), and Chris Goodwin (McLaren's former test driver), Horatio won at the Goodwood Revival on debut in a 1962 Lotus 22 as well as every round of the European Lurani Trophy despite never having raced at any of the circuits before. Combining this with numerous wins in the British Guards Trophy in a 1964 Lotus 26R, Horatio was nominated by 'Motorsport News' as Britain's Historic Driver of the Year. Across Europe, England, and America, the season produced over twenty race wins and sixteen pole positions.

2025 saw Horatio make his Le Mans Classic debut in a 1955 Ferrari 750 Monza, before mechanical issues forced the car to withdraw. With rain imminent for the final race of the weekend, an opportunity arose to race a 1959 Lotus 15 which led to a class victory despite being one of the only cars running dry tires in wet conditions.

Recent victories aboard a 1963 Brabham Formula Junior, most notably at the Silverstone Festival, opened up a long awaited opportunity to test modern GT machinery thanks to John Watson's keen eye. Having been told to pay attention to Horatio's results over the last few years from a fellow former Formula One driver, Howden Ganley, John coordinated a test with the Oxford based Team RJN in their McLaren 720S GT3.

Despite typically British November conditions at the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit, Horatio proved he could translate his natural feel from cross ply tires to the slicks and wings of the McLaren GT3. Instantly quicker than works McLaren driver (Ollie Goethe) as well as the team's current Gold-rated driver (Tommy Foster), Team RJN offered Horatio an opportunity to race their sole entry McLaren 720S GT3 alongside two of the team's other drivers in the 2026 GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Series.

With the incredible growth of GT3 racing, the championship has now attracted some of the biggest names in motorsport. Max Verstappen announced just a few weeks ago that his team will be running a Mercedes GT3 for at least the next five years. With several other factory teams also on the list, McLaren use the series as a breeding ground for future drivers. Racing for a team such as RJN would put Horatio's data directly under the nose of McLaren themselves, giving him a favorable opportunity to sign with them in the near future. With the ambition to become a factory driver and to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans, this is the biggest step in the right direction for him.
